Jake Kavitski

Born and raised in Delaware County, Jake dedicates all of his knowledge and enthusiasm for the area towards making the sale and purchase of your home as empowering as possible.  As a long-time Media borough resident with his family, Jake’s love of the local communities throughout the Philadelphia western suburbs plays an integral role in his passion for the local real estate market.

Jake worked as a speech language pathologist for more than 15 years before entering the real estate field professionally.  This has allowed his passion for real estate to merge with his drive to help and equip others.  His unique background has yielded strong interpersonal skills, a painstaking attention to detail, and the ability to listen well and articulate clearly.  With his experience as an SLP, Jake has an exceptional ability to work collaboratively, and is dedicated to working with loyalty and transparency.  

Jake loves cheering on his three kids at their various events, taking any excuse to get on a board (snow or surf!), tennis, volleyball, mountain biking, and recently completed his first marathon.
