I’m so pleased to tell you that the Janice Brown team is basically two amazing women who seem totally dedicated to being helpful and easing the angst involved in downsizing and staging a home for its optimal appearance and therefore optimum appeal. They wisely helped us agree to a moderate price designed to attract a bit of competition, which it did. We wound up with an offer over $100,000 of our initial asking price. They also suggested fabulous helpers for many different tasks. The woman they got to clean our place left it sparkling. The man and his junk removing helpers were incredibly thorough, speedy, courteous and even fun to be around. The three different contractors we needed to make electrical and other mechanical repairs were very effective and reasonably priced. All arrived as expected and did the job in record time, but altogether the best part of our working with Janice Brown and Maureen DeFruscio and their team was that by the time we were at closing they had become friends we trusted and admired and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience a positive outcome joyously.
