Ubong made our home purchase happen, arguably in one of the worst buyers markets in history! A couple of things made Ubong particularly valuable in this process. 1) Attentiveness - We met Ubong at an open house. We were at the stalk zillow stage of the homebuying process. He reached out, stayed in touch through the sale of our current home, and reconnected when the time was right. He was very patient and even checked in on our home sale progress. 2) Insightful - Ubong gave great guidance on bidding strategies, smart risks we should and shouldn't take when making offers, and realistic expectations of whether we were good candidates for a home. 3) Connected - Ubong has a guy for everything.
